FAN Numbers

You will have seen a recent message from your team manager reference creating your own FAN Number.

What is a FAN number and why do you need me to have one?

An FAN (FAN-umber) is your unique identifier to the FA. Anyone involved in Football needs one or if your child is under 18 you must have one which will be linked to your child on the system. It will soon be mandatory that children under the age of 18 have a parent or guardian linked to them. We as a club are just trying to get ahead and be prepared.

To create your FAN account please visit this link and select "Don't have an account?" to start the process https://www.thefa.com/account/signin?ReturnUrl=%2Faccount%2Fmyaccount

If you already have a FAN number from previous seasons, this season, (2022/2023) we will need you to upload a photo of your child to the system. Last year the club linked your child to you using the details you provided. You will need to log into you account to do this.

Visit: myaccount.thefa.com

- Your account will apear when you log in. Scroll down to the section "individuals linked to this account". Click on your child until thier details appear on your screen. Next to the existing photo is a small pencil icon. Click on that and follow it on screen to upload the photo.

Its not different to uploading a photo to social media and should take 1 to 2 miniutes max. You doing this will enable us to process your registration swiftly.
